If you are looking for fast, effective positive change cognitive hypnotherapy could be your solution. I combine one of the newest treatments in behavioural health - cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and one of the oldest-clinical hypnosis. I do not integrate these two approaches with all my clients because I value their uniqueness but my strengths lie in being able to be flexible in my approach due to my training.

I have over ten years experience using clinical hypnosis in the treatment of anxiety and panic, depression, confidence issues, fears, phobias (particularly vomit phobia/emetophobia), obsessions/compulsions (OCD) and habits.
